The DreamJobMatcher Editorial Team
The people behind the assessment methodology, the career articles, and the labor-market analysis on this site.
Our editorial commitment
DreamJobMatcher publishes career guidance that real people use to make real decisions about real careers. That responsibility shapes our editorial standards. Every article on the site is written or reviewed by someone with credentials and lived experience in the topic. We cite primary sources for labor-market claims (BLS, OECD, peer-reviewed research). We disclose limitations of any framework we recommend, including our own assessment. We update articles when the underlying data changes.
Below is the team currently producing that work. We are actively expanding the editorial advisory board, and those open roles are listed honestly at the bottom of the page.
Editors and writers
Editorial advisory board
We are building an external advisory board to peer-review our most consequential content, especially pieces on labor-market projections, occupation outlooks, and assessment validity. We want this board to be a real check on our work, not a list of names. We are recruiting deliberately rather than fast.
Open advisory roles
These roles are open. If you fit one of them and want to be considered, email [email protected] with a short note and a link to your work.
