If you purchase coaching services, we share your account information and career report with the assigned coach or career counselor for the purpose of delivering those services. Coaches are bound by confidentiality obligations.

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on the Service prior to any such transfer and any change in this Privacy Policy.

4.4 Legal Requirements

You may opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly. Please note that even after opting out of marketing communications, you will continue to receive transactional and account-related emails (such as receipts and subscription notices).

You may review and update your account information by logging into your account settings. If you wish to correct inaccurate information or request deletion of your account, please contact us at the address in Section 13.

6.3 Rights for California Residents (CCPA)
